Bold Journey recently contacted me with an opportunity to share a bit about myself, my work, and my purpose with their audience. As a licensed mental health counselor who came into this role as a second career, I appreciated the opportunity to reflect on my path and on how I continue to pursue my purpose in my current role.

Here is a tidbit from the interview:
“My purpose was born out of some of my deepest pain. I currently provide support to trauma survivors and neurodivergent individuals as a licensed mental health counselor. My purpose is to help create a space where those I work with feel seen and heard, where they are able to share their story and shed any shame they may feel about their experiences. We work together to navigate their path forward and discover what healing looks like for them.”
